Residents of the Kitchener, Waterloo, Wellesley, Wilmot (KW4) area can use this service to get connected to primary health care, including ongoing medical support and referrals.<\/p>\n<p>This resource is especially helpful for newcomers, families, and individuals who do not currently have a regular health care provider.
