Find a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner

Health Care Connect is a free Ontario service that helps people without a family doctor or nurse practitioner find one in their community. Residents of the Kitchener, Waterloo, Wellesley, Wilmot (KW4) area can use this service to get connected to primary health care, including ongoing medical support and referrals.

This resource is especially helpful for newcomers, families, and individuals who do not currently have a regular health care provider. Flyers and additional information are available on the page to guide you through the process.

Support for Expectant Parents Without a Primary Care Provider

The KW4 Prenatal Clinic provides prenatal care for pregnant individuals in the KW4 area who do not have access to a family doctor or midwife. The clinic offers essential prenatal check-ups, education, and support to help ensure healthy pregnancies and positive outcomes for both parent and baby.

This service is designed to bridge gaps in care and ensure that no one goes without prenatal support due to lack of access to a primary care provider.
